Stoner Lingo: Part 1
I think just about every group of stoner friends has their own lingo and different words for everything. It can get rather confusing sometimes. To try to clear some things up, I figured I would start my own Mini Stoner Dictionary. To start things off, I’ll start with some of the most common ones… Of course, if you can think of any that I missed, feel free to comment and I’ll add them. 
Marijuana: a green plant that, when smoked, causes great euphoria
Also known as: Pot, weed, Mary Jane, nugget, bud, herb, trees, ganja, sweet leaf, snib, piff
Smoke: The act of smoking marijuana
Also known as: Toke, puff, blaze, bluntilize
Marijuana Pipe: A device used for smoking, usually made of glass or metal
Also known as: Bowl, piece, kutchie, spoon
Water pipe: A device used for smoking, usually made of glass or acrylic, which filters the smoke through water first
Also known as: Bong, bib
Joint: A cigarette paper filled with marijuana
Also known as: J, bone, stick, doobie, spliff
Blunt: A cigar that’s been cut open, emptied out, filled back up with marijuana, and reassembled
Also known as: bliz, dutch(ie), L
High: The state of being as a result of smoking marijuana
Also known as: stoned, baked, burnt, toe up, demonized, chinese-eyed, ripped, nugged, bonged, blunted
